Excelsior For-Hire Transportation Group (“Excelsior”), is a member-based organization, dedicated to providing products and services tailored to meet the needs of those working in and for the for-hire-vehicle industry.

As a member you have access to a money saving national discount program through our partnership with Perks at Work and our exclusive Excelsior coupons. Members also have access to expert legal service through our legal services referral and members are able to download our proprietary Incident Reporting App. which allows for quick and easy vehicle incident reporting to American Transit Insurance Company.

Excelsior membership is available to anyone in the for-hire transportation industry and for a limited time, membership is complimentary.

I am unable to view my tokens/coupons using my mobile device, how can I address this issue?
In order to properly view tokens and coupons on your mobile device you may need to adjust your phone settings to decrease font size.
I am unable to make edits to my digital credentials, how can I make changes?
Currently edits to digital credential data can be made via the website only. We expect this functionality will be available via mobile devices once our pilot program is completed.
How will Excelsior protect and use my information?
Excelsior is committed to protecting our members privacy, our team has implemented the latest technology to ensure privacy and information security.
How can I deactivate my Excelsior account?
To deactivate your Excelsior account, visit the Excelsior website and navigate to 'Profile.' Select 'Deactivate My Account,' and then confirm by selecting 'Ok' in the dialog box. If you wish to reactivate your account later, you can re-register using the same mobile phone number you originally used. Upon reactivation, all badges and account information will be restored.
